The bedroom is a place of relaxation, furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe offering plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. A special highlight is the direct access to the balcony – open the door in the morning, let the fresh mountain air in, and start your day with a view of the impressive natural scenery.

The bathroom is equally bright and inviting. Natural daylight fills the room and enhances its modern ambiance. The walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet blend seamlessly into the stylish overall design, ensuring a pleasant start to the day or relaxing evening moments.

The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. A comfortable sofa invites you to enjoy cozy hours, while the dining table for three provides space for shared meals, conversations, and delightful moments. A TV is, of course, available for your entertainment. From here, you can access the apartment’s second balcony, furnished with seating, where you can enjoy magnificent mountain views. Place is really great, 5 mins walking distance from a bus stop which has good frequency to main station. Remember two painful things if you have luggage and travelling by train. The place to collect the keys is far-far off from the station. The taxi might charge 15 euros ONE WAY to the place. The house is on the 180 degree opposite from the station compared to from where you collect the keys. So, MAHR should arrange the keys at the station or at the house. It is painful otherwise. The MAHR admins are very supportive and helpful. The apartment was very nice, and we liked it very much, very well equipped. Remember that it is on the first floor, so, if you have heavy luggage, it is a pain to climb up with. One more suggestion. The apartment has multiple flats. It would be easy but helpful to stick the name of the owner on the door so that guest can easily identify the house. Simply mentioning that it is on first floor is not enough as for some people, first floor is ground floor. Oh yeah, if you are old fashioned, the bathroom has a semi-transparent glass, you might not like it. It is specious and very nice. The Garmisch scenery is great from here. The supermarkets are not so close-by, you may have to take a bus.
